How to use Dropbox: A single, organized place for all your photos and file, dropbox offers various features like Dropbox Spaces, folder suggestions and calendar integration, to help you stay focused on your task and work efficiently.

Dropbox can be accessed through various ways, app, website or folder. You can set up Dropbox in two ways:

1.On your computer:

On your PC all you have to do is open your web browser and search for dropbox. Once the dropbox website opens, click on the Sign-Up tab in the blue at the center of the screen. Fill in your email ID and Further follow the instructions mentioned on the screen.

Once all the information has been provided and the agreement approved, your Dropbox account will be ready for usage.

Once the download is complete, run the installer of the Dropbox. Once the app has been downloaded, sign into your account, if you have a dropbox account if not then create a new Dropbox account and allow it to sync it to your device.

2. On your Portable Device:

For portable device whether it is iOS device, Windows, Blackberry or Android, go to the Apple store or Play store and search for Dropbox. Once the app is shown, click on install.

Once you download the dropbox app on your portable device or search for it on the web browser, it asks you if you already have a Dropbox account or if you are new to Dropbox. In either case, different options have to be chosen.

1. If you already have an account:

If you already have a Dropbox account, then log into your account with the help of email ID and password. You already have the email ID synced to your portable device, you will just have to give access to your mail and you can log in.

2. If you are new to Dropbox:

If you are installing or using Dropbox for the first time, you will have to fill in all your details, along with the first name, Last name, email and password.

Step1: Click on the signup tab in your app or browser, whichever you are using.

Step2: Enter your name, email address (same as your username of dropbox account).

Step3: Further choose a unique password for your account, one which you will remember.

Step4: The dropbox terms appear on a Tab, click on the agree box to continue further.

Step5: Once all the above steps are done, click on the Create an Account tab.

Once you create your account, you can sign in to Dropbox from your browser or app by just clicking sign in and then further mentioning your username and password.

Using Dropbox :

Step1: To use your dropbox account,  it is necessary to first sign in to your account through the device you are using.

Step2: Click on the upload button that will appear on your screen.

Step3: You will shown two options for uploading, files or folder. Choose whichever you want to upload,

Step4: If you choose file, then select all the files that you want to upload and click on open.

If you choose folder, select the folder you want to upload and then click upload.

Every file that is upload on the Dropbox must be either 5 GB or less as through your web browser there is a limit to the size of file or folder upload. For larger files or folder, you can use the desktop or mobile app which do not have any size limit.

Add file Through Computer:

Step1: Open your file explorer and on a different screen navigate to the dropbox folder.

Step2: Click on the file that you want to upload and drag it into the dropbox folder. You can also copy and paste the file from your file explorer into the dropbox folder.

Step3: Once your upload the file to the dropbox folder it will be uploaded to the Dropbox as well. Once the file has a green check icon, the file upload into the Dropbox is successful.

This way you can directly add any file from your computer to your dropbox and sync it with the other devices as well.

Add files From your Phone or Tablet:
